$15 Annual Membership and Donations to the
West Rouge Community Association
Your $15 Annual Membership contributes to the West Rouge Community Association’s community initiatives and helps make life even better in West Rouge.
Funds collected go toward community events, supporting local teams, hosting all-candidate meetings, public information meetings, and advocating on behalf of the community to ensure responsible development in our neighbourhood.
In addition to purchasing an annual membership, please consider an additional donation to the West Rouge Community Association.
To become a member or to renew your annual membership, follow the steps below.
There are two ways you can become a member:
Option 1 - Pay Online
Pay online using the fillable form below using a credit card or PayPal account.
Complete the fillable form below. Next, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. This will take you to the Order Summary, click on the "PayPal Checkout" button and a pop-up window will appear.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase your membership and can pay by credit card, however you will be directed to pay through the PayPal portal.
To complete your payment, you can either:

enter your email address or mobile phone number to pay through a PayPal account or;

click the "Pay with Debit or Credit card" button or the "Checkout as Guest" button to pay by credit card.
Option 2 - Mail or Drop-Off
Fill out and print the membership form below by clicking the link, then mail or drop off the form and a cheque in the amount of $15 payable to West Rouge Community Association at the West Rouge Community Centre, 270 Rouge Hills Drive, Scarborough, ON M1C 2Z1.
Optional Donations to the West Rouge Community Association
Donations are used for the same purposes as membership purchases and allow the Community Association to deliver more events and advocacy programs.
Make an additional donation online using the fillable form below by using a credit card or through a PayPal account.
